Parent/Student/Advisor Conferences for September

Hello Avanti Community,


Welcome to the 2026-27 School Year!  We hope you’ve had a restful and relaxing summer.


Parent/Student/Advisor Conferences are scheduled for September 3rd, 4th, and 8th.  If you are a new student attending Avanti for the first time, you will attend a Group Orientation Conference on Tuesday, September 8th from noon to 2:00 pm.  We will meet as a group to begin, and then we will break down into Advisory groups.


If you are a returning student, you can schedule your conference on Skyward Family Access.  Below are the directions.


  • Sign in to Skyward Family Access

  • Select the “Conferences” tile on your home screen

  • In Step 1, select the teacher - Left Side of Screen

  • In Step 2, select an open time that works for you - Right Side of Screen

  • Below in “ My Conference Schedule” Select “Done”
