If you are currently attending a school outside the Olympia School District it is a two-step process.
If you are a current OSD student please complete the OSD Registration Card, Health Information Form, and the Self Assessment and email them to Brenda Beck at [email protected]. Or you can turn them into the office between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Form and the Self Assessment.
2. You will need to turn in these documents along with a printout of your current grades, transcript, attendance, and discipline history from your current school.
Once we receive your information we will contact you for an interview.
