Student Voice Ed Camp!
Avanti High School's Catalyzing Community Class would like to invite you to an EdCamp on May 23, 2018 from 12:30PM-3:30PM at Avanti (Advisory afternoon).

This participant-driven conference will allow students to have authentic conversations regarding "student voice" in schools. Normally, EdCamps are for educators, but we have been allowed special permission from the EdCamp organization to host one for --and run by-- students. This is an exciting opportunity for students to engage in meaningful dialogue from multiple perspectives. In this is "un-conference", students will arrive, there will be an introduction to the EdCamp, students will propose topics for conversations, a schedule of seminar topics will be formed, and students will engage in break-out sessions to discuss chosen topics. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided for our participants.

Email Quasar or Nikki if you are planning to attend. If you have any questions regarding the event please feel free to connect with Nikki or Quasar anytime. (Surprise, Winkley)
