Education in the arts and creativity is an essential part of the Avanti experience and helps students build critical thinking, social and emotional intelligence, and problem solving abilities.

• Integrate arts into many of our core academic classes
• Specifically integrate into interdisciplinary block classes at Avanti
• Offer diverse course offerings in both 2D and 3D art

Students can progress through an art pathway that meets their interests and goals, with the guidance and support of experienced artists and teachers.

For students particularly interested in the arts, Avanti offers the ACE Program during junior or senior year, which includes:

• An internship with a local artist
• Exploration of arts focused college and career options
• An opportunity to publicly display artwork at Olympia’s spring Arts Walk and the South Sound Studio Tour
