Avanti High School

Emy Kissick, a senior at Avanti High School, shares her journey into racing. Despite not coming from a racing family, Emy developed a passion for cars and mechanics through her dad's workshop. Her love for racing grew after her first track experience, earning her a racing license in 2023.

Avanti High School is accepting applications for mid-year enrollment, with classes starting Monday, February 3rd. Space is limited, so early application is encouraged. The school seeks self-motivated, independent-thinking students

Community agencies are available to assist youth and families in need, especially due to circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. The following is information about these agencies, a list of local and national emergency hotlines, and links to resources such as how to cope with anxiety and how to talk with children about the pandemic.

To support families during this challenging time amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, we have compiled a menu of resources for students and families to access at home during the time schools are closed in Olympia. We have intentionally provided a variety of options, many of which do not require screen time once accessed.
